To decorate its table, much more well than the fact of being an art with whole share, is a satisfaction personal and revealing pleasure which you have to accomodate your guests.

And currently, in fact the ideas miss. All the styles are present, of the very simple presentation (like our table below), with more sophisticated déco. Only limit? Our imagination.

Basic rules to draw up a table!

The image opposite does not reflect the recommendations completely that we give you here, but it is only there to illustrate the pleasure which can get a pretty presentation of table associated with an good atmosphere with interior.
For example here, we made this table for a St. Valentine's day.

For a meal in family, between friends, for a birthday, Christmas, and especially for a professional promotion, you will have to draw up your table in an unusual way.
According to the professional situation of your husband, it strong is possible that you have early or to receive late with your table, some of his colleagues or collaborators, accompanied by their wives, whose majority know already the rules of propriety.

Perhaps you were never confronted with this situation until now, but there, it will be necessary to ensure. No panic, some basic rules to leave you here business:

To start, study the number of guests and calculate the size of your table to make so that your guests are not wedged the ones against the others, nor too spaced. If you never left the extensions your table of the bottom of the wall cupboard, that will be the moment to do it.

You will appreciate the size best that you will have to give to your table by knowing that the rule is to lay out your plates with the same distance from/to each other, and to 1 centimetre of the edge of the table. The distance to be respected between each plate must be at least 55 centimetres.

Lay out your plates in order to prevent that one or more guests find themselves obliged enfourcher a foot of the table.

Lay out at least 2 glasses per anybody opposite each plate, glass with water (largest) on the left, the wine glass on the right.
In the majority of the cases one must draw up glasses like this: On the basis of the line; glass for aperitif, the wine glass, water glass, and champagne glass (flute or cut).
To draw up a table with share to serve aperitif is done more and more, and makes it possible to the guests to move ones with the others.

Covers will be laid out on each side of the plate, according to the arrival of the dishes, on the basis of the outside and approaching the plate progressively of the service; closest to the plate will be used for the dish as resistance.
The forks are laid out on the left the teeth turned towards the table, and the knives on the right edge turned towards the plate.
The spoon with soup if it has there, will be laid out on the right, directed towards the table, beside the knives, always in the order of the service.

Covers with cheese and dessert can be placed between the plate and glass, or be brought at the time of their employment.

Within the framework of a meal with your employment relationships, and especially if you must speak job, made so that the children do not come to disturb the peace of the meal or come to intersect the subjects with discussion.
